It was an enriching experience conducting the “Leading with Confidence” workshop for a batch of 20 Project Managers, Architects, and Team Leaders. The session focused on equipping participants with strategies to build trust with global customers, enhance their credibility through clear and structured communication, and strengthen their virtual etiquette for more impactful interactions. Through practical scenarios, they explored techniques for handling difficult clients with professionalism and empathy, while also mastering collaborative communication to drive better outcomes. It was inspiring to see the group actively engage, exchanging insights and applying these skills to lead with greater confidence in a global setting.
